evasion, huh? maybe im just unaware.... i have evasion, it doesnt say anything about cleansing DOTs though

Still butthurt over your dots (which will be affected the same way as everyone's dots)? Kill the guardian, he can't apply his snare any more.

ill agree with you there. i've played 4 ACs to the mid 30s and 40s and each of them so far has had a way to cleanse their dots. some people say they cant. . .but i haven't played an AC that was unable to yet.

I think the better solution to that issue would be to give all ACs a way to cleanse their dots. . .instead of making that tactic useless.

it does work. i dunno if its only talented that it will cleanse them. but a tactic i would always use would be to vanish, and then hit evasion so that a dot wont break my stealth

Whats awesome is that it is so hard to tell on the SWTOR forums. Yes, I do. being one of the AC's that has a skill that can clean a DoT. and yes, mine only works on tech. But, that is what my teammates are for. I'm seriously at a loss for words at the number of people that cry about dots. prior to this change have you been unable to cap a point? Perhaps sometimes, yah? but you are trying to tell me voidstar is a first door draw every time? Civil War is a stalemate? Well, how about when my team doesn't have a healer? How fair is that? its just luck of the draw. what is your point? Play your class and hope your teammates can play theirs. And while everyone has a CC break it is on a LONG cooldown. I have to often just suffer my stun/root/snare knowing that it will be better to use it in a more useful situation even if that means I might die right now. I'd rather have my CC breaker saved for my next respawn.

By the way, you dont use your cleanse during combat when trying to cap. kill your enemies (even if that means kill each of them slowly and at the same time to prevent them from streaming in one at a time on respawns) then if one of you has a dot. cleanse it or tech aid it. its a useful skill. Just like heals.

L2P. seriously, I've never been in a stalemate WZ because of dots.

It's a passive Talent you get with choosing the Operative/Scoundrel AC.
