It is the point of players having to alter their strategy when things change. You always see people just standing in one spot trying to do as much damage as possible instead of working together for objectives.

Yes, some people spam DoTs cause they think its so high in damage but many others actually use it for strategy.

Instead of taking the strategy part out, why not fix the Ops frame so we can see where those debuffs actually are and the people with cleanse can actually use that ability.

I didn't abuse anything. It was a mechanic put in there intentionally, I occasionally used it to buy a couple seconds. That's not abuse.
Then why are you so vehemently defending it?

Like I said, I have yet to see anyone outside of this thread QQ about this (P.S. I'm on your server, I know who you are, not impressed, especially since you never seem to be around)
I don't play constantly due to having other games and real life responsibilities = you not impressed? Sorry your highness, I shall do better in the future....

Edit: whatever though. I never saw it as an issue, no one I know has ever complained about it, but Bioware is going to cater to the QQ anyways
So you're omnipotent now? It was a heavily debated topic in beta. Zoeller said it wasn't up for debate, so we dropped it. Doesn't mean we ever agreed with it. Graush doesn't have many snipers and even fewer gunslingers, but the couple that do run lethality are unmovable objects on defense, despite dying more than once a minute. That's backwards.

Just because you didn't think it was a problem doesn't mean it wasn't a problem. Plenty of Operatives think they didn't need the first nerf... Considering Poison in full BM can take 90% of my health while stunlocking me (in full BM + a rakata end stim) by double-opening on me, they're still damn close to overpowered if you know what they're doing, but plenty said the first nerf went too far

It can be useful. I use it on occasion and see no problem with others using it. It's just another WZ mechanic that isn't a big deal and must be adapted to in my book

Dingdingding!

Winner!

There's a handful of people pointing out that the WZ's are broken, because they're designed *badly* ... and stacks of people ranting about how OP DoTs are.

um...go us? o.O

Don't worry your sorc will still be able to pull off 350-400k damage per warzone still......

Yes because Sorc is the ONLY class that uses DoTs

They are in no way weaker, it just makes it so that the dead sorc will no longer be able to prevent a group of people from accomplishing objectives.

Right now if you spam dots in Voidstar or alderaan you are playing the objectives. Unless you are really far away from any cap. Remember, cleanse have 8 sec CD you won't be able to remove the dot again for a few moment. If you have to many healers you won't be able to cap anything so you need a balance.
