SWTOR will have around 650k subs in 6 months at best. That number also depends on them fixing all of the major bugs and adding enough content to keep some pvpers which is highly unrealistic. Now if they could do all of that in patch 1.2 maybe 850k but we all know that wont happen.
Relabeling future patches as Expansions, just like EA Louse said a year ago. Who got the last laugh?

Eh since we are just randomly throwing numbers around I bet SWTOR will have a couple Billion subscribers soon.

I have played the GW2 beta.

It won't hurt Swtor... at all.
