I actually made a post about this very same issue a month ago, but it got very little activity

Honestly, the way the camera acts in SWTOR is preventing me from having an enjoyable gaming experience.

Also sort of sucks when playing with a Razer Naga mouse, as I will press the # buttons on the side of the mouse and it will cause the camera to slightly move in a direction that I didn't want it to... BUT I'm probably just pushing too hard on the buttons with my thumb, thus, causing the mouse to move too much.

Still waiting. Subscription and login boycott started. SWTOR is not the only game out there and if you Bioware feel like you can earn money only at diehards that will never quit no matter what, then good luck. Share the fate of Warhammer Online. Maybe when it will be free to play you will have viable playerbase... or not. Game requirements are to high for free2play players to enjoy

Those bugs drains all the fun of playing the game so there is no point in playing it in current shape. I refuse to pay monthly subscription for beta testing and crew missions.

Fix camera, fix targeting.

Vector Hyllis, is that you?

On a serious note however, I (not we) haven't suffered much from this, but I (not we) have run across a lot of other player who apparently do have a problem with this.

Options are always good, and camera settings and control can be pretty crucial to your gameplay experience, so I wouldn't mind seeing these ones added.

For everyone who isnt egocentered and think that all "we" coming from player means "that player + me", "we" may stand for plenty of logical options:

a) player and his friends
b) player and other players of same likings
c) player and other players who could easily empathise with that player

pick one or more... not every "we" includes you.

Count me in as part of the "we."

It's annoying and should be a toggle off/on option.

The camera chase and the movement smoothing/zooming weirdness--both could have toggle options. And the tab issues others mentioned within the thread should also be addressed.

I agree completely, and you should keep using the word WE because there are many of us with you on this one.

i too hate this auto stick when the camera bumps any air molecule. I hate having to always zoom out.
