This is one of the smoothest mmo releases, if not the smoothest, ever. Clearly you didnt play wow when it first came out, or any other mmos. This game is well balanced, and has plenty of content. Its these idiots that only started playing the MMO genre during The Burning Crusade, or Wrath of the Lich King and are spoiled by a game that was out and being worked on, albeit not very well, but still worked on by blizzard for years.

This is how a game is supposed to be on release, this is as good as it gets this early in an MMO, if you dont like it, dont play it...

P.S. You're probably one of those scrubs who thinks sorcs and sages are overpowered LOL

Sadly, this game should be better than it currently is and we should not be plagued with all the simple problems that we have given the time and $ spent developing.
"players" know, or understand neither.

What they are doing is presuming to know these things, then drawing a conclusion from that false premise. That is very much the problem with the negativity on these boards. If they had such knowledge at their disposal, if they possessed a modicum of reason, were reasonable, they may understand exactly how massive an undertaking it is, that the product at release, considering the time frame and budget constraints is rather amazing.

....but they won't. ;p

haha so now all that counts is intention not results , then it is ok.

I mean , dont matter that fact that each patch they make they usually bug the game more , they have good intentions , so ofc we must forgive them and say it was a job nice done...

I dont know if i laugh or get sad about this thread.

I certainly give them credit for their effort, BUT...

If you're a new car manufacturer who wants to compete in the luxury car business, do you create and produce a car of basic quality and features, then add the amenities later?
No, you design a car that not only matches the standards of your biggest competitor, but exceeds them as well.

BioWare created a decent mid-priced vehicle and is trying, over time, to convert it into what it should have been when it rolled off the line.

Recreating the wheel is fine and dandy, but your wheel has to be not only as good, but better than the competition right from the start.

Based on your later post i cant see how mine made you rest it.

Really i dont care about the amount it time or money it takes to fix 1 bug, maybe it takes a month to fix it 100%? Hell make it so.

Now , the way BW do this is not "fixing" , they simple make a little tweak to the game and put us to test it and say ... hell , this bug is even bigger than last time.So they make another tweak and so on.

I would much rather have them keep a bug for a month for then fix it completely themselves , than to be put to test it for them new ones every damm week so they can go fixing one thing and bugging another.

GG missing the point of this post, along with all my follow ups as well.

The issue, for me, isn't about endgame content or bugs (which can obviously be resolved given enough time), but that the OP's premise is flawed.

If you see multiple threads about repetitive gameplay, PvP issues, and soulless, dead worlds, those are issues that (1) have nothing to do with bugs or the quality of the launch and (2) can't be fixed easily.

This is a product that we're paying a major corporation money for, so "trying" doesn't enter into the equation.

PS: "lol" indeed.

personally I'm loving the game and the only real "issue" I've encountered thus far is npc eyes turning silver.. games been out for a couple of months give it time, unsubbing isn't going to make the game improve itself faster, just be patient

Of course end game isn't an issue for you ... you've only been here less than a month so how could it be? After the couple weeks or so it took you to master the game, why would you rely exclusively on multiple threads started by other people in an effort to prove a fan's premise as flawed? Newly joined and already throwing grenades into the community eh?

I second the motion that BioWare's people are putting forth yeoman's efforts to improve and expand the game. Just wish the mods would stand tall and start taking out the trash.
Can we please just have our pre-KotFE SWTOR MMORPG back?
