Have you tried using tendon on a full resolved enemy?

I think operatives and scoundrels are ok but a gap closer would be appreciated.
We have huge problems to close in on targets if out of stealth or in stealth if they are moving.

Then again, we need to play smart, and try and figure out where they are moving so we can cut them off. Works for me.

Tendom blast, I almost never use it, in rare cases to save someone.
After a kick they are dead anyway and if not, their resolve is full and it wont snare them anyway.
its usually a wasted gcd every 12 seconds.

Tendon blast works even on opponents with full resolve. That doesn't make it a gap closer though, because after you have gotten knocked back you are out of range to use it.

why everyone calls "Force Speed" a gap closer?
Force leap is a gap closer, force speed is a gap closer + gap opener + snare purge if speced.

I wouldn't mind a gap closer on my scoundrel, then those damn kiters can't mash 2 buttons and /lol at me

I personally believe the devs are equating a 2 second 1.6k heal that takes 25% of our energy to having a way to close gaps. It's stupid, but I think that is their bizarre reasoning.

Actually it's 2.5 seconds, if you are referring to Kolto Injection

Yea, my little Scoundrel alt feels so weak in Group PvP... However, shes amazing in 1v1 but that's not important to me actually.

Bumping this thread... The devs need to see this. Regardless if they need a gap closer or not they need to know that people think there is somthing wrong with ops/scoundrels, and i'm not going to stop supporting this thread until it gets an answer.

Your post is irrelevant. Cloaking Screen is near worthless in PvP. It's an ability that can be used at most 3-4 times per match, and only if you use it every time the cooldown is up. Any kind of DOT on you and it breaks stealth. Not to mention half the time it's bugged and leaves you in combat when it shouldn't.

Good scoundrels/ops have no problems killing people even after their opener was nerfed.

I'm a commando and I am sure if I made a QQ thread suggesting commandos got melee burst on par with a sentinal I could get plenty of bad players to support that, or force sprint or force bubble.

If you want to have all the talents a Shadow has, there is a solution staring you right in the face. Or should we give shadows all the CC an op has?

The class balance in this game for a young MMO is brilliant, not perfect but the closest I've seen in a game less than a year old.

I'm not trying to upset you guys but it's clearly a case of looking at skills other classes have with jealous eyes rather than using the abilities your class has to their maximum.

You might aswell make a thread asking for stealth for sorcerers.
