Say what you want, BW really is trying

It's funny how you said this instead of trying to defend this terrible game. I wonder why that is? I'm guessing it has something to do with you having no legitimate counter point.

Actually you are wrong; SWTOR is still the fastest selling MMO ever, it has won 3 GOTY awards in less than a month and it has the highest retention rate after the initial 30 day than any other MMO. So no there really aren't any comparable launches.

Never and I mean NEVER let what is said on these forums influence your opinion of the game.

Its a small population made up mostly of those I would dare say arent the intellectual cream of the crop. There are few exceptions. Forums in general are the gutters of the internet unless they are heavily controlled.

The point still stands. If you believe otherwise, Kenner Toys and George Lucas' accountant would like a word with you.



I didn't say otherwise. I said comparable, not equal or greater. If Warhammer sells 1.2 million copies on release on much weaker IP, without the benefit of SWTOR's marketing and publishing reach, that's pretty impressive.

And again, it makes me wonder just how much of SWTOR's sales are directly tied to its IP.

with all the bad-mouthing in these forums, i feel the need to give BW some credit:

I feel like they are really trying to improve this game, of course they made some mistakes during this process but nonetheless, generally everything is getting better!

in every patch i find something, i felt should be improved, and then it does.

except from class balancing (which is an ever ongoing process), most the things are fine, and even balancing is ok, it is not completly broken.

keep up the good work BW, you will get there, because at least i can see how hard you are trying.

So I pay 15 bucks a month and they are only trying?

Just for arguings sake... Dont every new MMO claim the title of fastest selling MMO?, On top of my head I think GW, Warhammer, Rift and any WoW expantion claimed the same.. Might be wrong.

And did you follow this years voting for any of the GOTY titles?, most of the games where not eaven released... It's purely based on Hype.
