I love this game and I will continue playing it until the bitter end. Yes, I will support BioWare and Lucas Arts. Even if I HATE those hypochrites and parasites named Electronic Arts.

I have faith in BioWare + Lucas Arts and I hope they will pull it off. To hell with them haters and whiners and all those momzers!!!

You never like for your boss, customers, etc to express that you have done/are doing well?

Yeah, but only when i've done something really exceptional, something realllllllly great and special. if my boss told me everyday "You do a great job" For something he's paying me for anyway and i'm not doing anything special or awesome other then whats on my job description i'd start covering my bum fearing he was after it.

They are doing a great job and Bioware is doing/trying/did/do whatever you want, is fixing the bugs and addressing the players concerns.
Geese, just look at your tag. How much time can you spend on a game? Youre one of those that will never be satisfied with what this game offers you, it would take a dedicated team just to keep you occupied. Anyone who can spend that much time on a game simply doesn't live in a real adult world and will always complain like a child.

Edit: meant for guy who said "$15 a month and they only try".
No, of course not. And that is the whole problem with aliens, you just can't trust them. Occasionally you meet a nice one, Starman, E.T., but usually they just turn out to be some kind of big lizard!

For one, part of my point was about the IP. Regardless of anything else, this game would have sold well simply because it is an MMO based on one of the most famous franchises in the world.

For another, having a successful launch compared to WoW is a pretty low bar. If you actually look up the numbers, there are games out there that had comparable launches. They either outright failed or nosedived in popularlity almost immediarely.

And they didn't have the advance of, again, world famous IP.

Btw, good used the emoticon there to backup your point. Really effective, dude.

Tbh if they get a nice working LFG tool up very soon.
That will go a long way for me. As i really feel it's missing.

A game without a proper LFG tool is just so 1990

To quote Don Draper from, iirc, "The Suitcase" (caps intentional):

Tried RIFT yet? Minor changes on the Fly, They can actualy insert/Remove Npc's, Quest codes, eaven full scale Events, without taking down the servers at all, Minor patches (Skill balance etc)/Maintnence is basicly a 5-15 min server reboot, because it's prepeared ahead.. Major patches like a new raid you can expect a cuple of hours....

Ok it wasent like this the first months, but they shure didnt have as much downtime compared to SW:TOR at any point.

All I say is, it's absolutly possible.

From what I heard Blizzard is also working hard on reducing Downtime, Guild wars 1 is all time famus for having allmost 0 downtime (I can only remember one incident where they where forced to do a Rollback), I dont expect that from GW2 but I do expect a crew that knows how inportant it is to reduce Downtime as much as possible.

It's a clear MMO trend.

I can say with almost all certainty they will provide this in the future, I know they are currently saying they will not, but they will have to. As this game grows the current means of finding a group is just going to become less and less effective.
