Say what you want, BW really is trying

Bioware doesn't get a free pass just because they're building on one of the most famous pieces of IP in the world.

Really? They have loooooooooooong down-times (Atleast 6+ hours) everytime a patch hits and the patch is small, and overall not very significant.

They release the type of patches you shouldn't even have to shutdown the servers for.

I laugh everytime a patch is announced. I know the games going to for 4-6 hours (As well as the forums, lmao) and the patch will be super-small and not worth the down-time.

with all the bad-mouthing in these forums, i feel the need to give BW some credit:

I feel like they are really trying to improve this game, of course they made some mistakes during this process but nonetheless, generally everything is getting better!

in every patch i find something, i felt should be improved, and then it does.

except from class balancing (which is an ever ongoing process), most the things are fine, and even balancing is ok, it is not completly broken.

tl:dr

keep up the good work BW, you will get there, because at least i can see how hard you are trying.

Well, mostly I meant no company gets points for trying. We're paying them for this experience, after all.

Secondary to that, I do think many players are much more permissive of this game's shortcomings just because it's Star Wars. (Heck, I'm one of them.)

But the idea that anyone should give a major corporation like EA a pat on the back -- again, paying cash over here -- for "trying" is pretty silly.

It's a "ever ongoing process" because they make minimal effort.

There is NO REASON Med Therapy should still be broken.

They are putting in minimal effort because they know they don't need to do anything more. Because people like you are content with minimal effort.
