reminds me of the ship back on EQ1 .... so yes I am ok with it.
EverQuest ....9 years, EQ2...launch and 1 year
SWG .... launch and 2 years, WOW ... launch and 4 months, Conan ... 1 week, Warhammer ... 2 weeks
Lotro.. launch and 5 years, Rift ....launch and 3 months

There is another on hoth similar but thats the fun of datacrons.

Not sure if anyone else has mentioned this yet but instead of waiting on that balloon just find a Warrior or Knight with the Force Push ability. Use /duel and have him stand right behind you. Start jumping and...

Takes about five to ten minutes of trying to get the timing right.

Didn't have to mess with the balloon at all.

One time I actually launched a guy straight "up." It was hilarious.

I think this is unacceptable. I pay 49 cents a day to play this game! When we get to Tatooine there should be a droid serving drinks outside the spaceport. By selecting a dropdown menu provided by the droid we should be able to obtain any datacron that we don't want to spend our time chasing down.

I did feel bad for this one Jedi Knight who mistimed his jump and landed on the desert floor. After getting himself ressed I dueled him so he could force leap up to me.

Yeah, its a much bigger pain to get the ones at the Imperial Fleet since they changed /stuck. Pretty much need five now and one of them needs force pull.

I was able to get a friend up to the 2 datacrons WITHOUT using the balloon.

Actually it was easy. And I did not use the force leap.

I was a trooper , he a jedi knight.
