Fail.

Who is your weakest healer and how do you determine that..? If you go by gear alone, that is even more fail, because I've seen plenty of undergeared players out-perform geared ones.

You're failing the encounter because your DPS is too slow. You can't identify who is underperforming, and your solution is to ask a healer to do the DPS' job?

I'm glad you're not really a raid leader... lol

So this is waht you want out of your game? a boss you have to wipe 500 times on so you can beat it?

No thanks, this is a game for me, not a job. ENTERTAINMENT for a few hours a night.

Fact is, most encounters are lost due to mechanic error, situation awareness, human and user error. You like to hide behind min/maxing numbers, because that way you can shift blame

Do you think you should be able to beat every boss in the game with a collection of random people?

Again, who is your weakest healer?

Oh, by the way, have you ever completed a HM flashpoint with a group that did not consist of 1 healer, 1 tank, and 2 dps? Bioware is the one who pigeonholed people.

Maybe not 500 times but as nightmare modes something towards that. there is supposed to be normal and hardmode difficulty levels for you with a job andfor your entertaiment. Man could think that nightmare modes are extremely hard and downed by 5% of raiders or so. That isnt the case right now.

Lucky for you you never ever have to worry about this scenario, nightmare mode is not for you. This is EXACTLY why Bioware has 3 difficulty modes.

Yes, of course with some practice and playing together. Anything else is not enjoyment anymore. Its frustration and agony and no longer a game but a job. 500 wipes is bordering on crazy train. Say 10-15 wipes?

On "nightmare" mode yes. There is other modes for other people.
