I am not for social plague tools like combat parses to be used in groups to make determinations on success or failure, when all the information you need to succeed is in the game via Boss Animations, Graphic ground effects during the encounter, or Audio clues as to an upcoming special ability.

People mostly want this tool to measure their little PeePees against someone else's.
Okay... You're the raid leader. So answer me this question.

You have 2 tanks, 4 healers and 10 dps. The boss you're on keeps wiping the raid because it hits the enrage timer. Your dps is too slow.

Which of the 10 dps is underperforming, and why..?

Go.

Thats the problem with wow though IMO. Its like a round robin of fail. Blizz makes challenging encounters, players make mods, which in bold red letters in the center of your screen, tell you what to do, so blizz has to make their encounters more difficult, players make new mods, blizz makes harder... Then the players QQ that content is too hard and quit. bizz nerfs everything to faceroll again.

You do not need this stuff in these games.

Ask your weakest healer to start DPS'ng, and help Heal only when it becomes apparent the other 3 are falling behind.

You do know Bioware puts their boss announcements in big bold red letters in the center of the screen?

Problem is, people who make mods can always do it better than the designers. Bioware doesn't understand this and tries to make their own crappy version of it.

Every expansion has had some extremely brutal bosses, HC ragnaros beeing hardest Boss fight MMOs ever seen and that was in cata. World first kill by best guild in the world, years of practice and unlimited playtime, killed after 500 wipes. Man, those mods makes it easy.

You work with that player to see if you can improve his game play. Be it some normal mode runs for gear, a better rotation, better mods, diffferent spec, learning to move better...etc. Stop pretending it was so hard to give an answer.

You either replace him or help him to get better, whatever way your guild is aimed for. IF you want to keep him after seeing he cant improve, you start doing same boss with easier difficulty.
