this happened to me twice, reloading ui fixed it.

This just happened to me too. I think it has to do with something being on cooldown when you switch zones and go to a loading area while messing with your crew window. Gonna test it out some more to nail it down.

I'm actually in an operation at the moment, option 3 / 4 + CD text seems to be the way to go for me.

I know there's a lot of opinions on this, but overall seems to be a really good addition to the game.

I have been able to duplicate it by just "overloading" the UI with stuff and triggering a loading screen.

Gonna try to boil it down more and get it completely reproducable and report it

I actually prefer 3 on both with a cool down timer and no flash. I really like the new options and glad they are available to us now..

We are getting somewhere.. now if I could move the windows I would be happier.

All I care about is it putting the CD in numerical form on top of the skills on the hot bar. Could care less about anything else to do with it.

Haven't logged in yet since the change but I expect my preference is going to be what ever option it has defaulted to when I log in. The only CD display that annoyed me was when they first made a change to how the CD display worked so if it's stuck on that one I guess I'll change it.
