I successfully registered my pre-order code back in Nov. Now I tried registering my serial code and it said it was already in use.

I called Origin Monday, and the agent went into her system and manually registered my code for me. She even got a confirmation from the SWTOR site, so she said I should be good to go. However, when I log into my account site the field for the product code still does NOT reflect that I have registered so I still can't setup my subscription info.

I have sent SWTOR CS two emails and haven't gotten a response. Of course they've shutoff the phone system so they don't have to deal with the calls(if you have high volume you give hold times, you don't hang up saying call some other time. I know, I work in a call center). Anyone have any ideas.
