HA lol I love the trolls too bad you cant set them on fire and let them burn under there own bridges lol.
On side note .
If any one lets people vote kick for no reason at all. and people do it for just because you dont have the gear they want you to have ,me personaly Id kick the elitist panzies out first over the new guys any day. But I dont think that there gonna add a system of doing that.As much as those whiney jerks want it and think there better then any one else cuz they never left the basement in a month to get supa ubha pwnzor in your facorz I think Im special gear with a cherry on top.

I don't care if you're bad if you're new, you gotta learn somewhere. But don't come into my warzone with 10k hp. You can get a few crafted things, run 2 four man instances and THEN come back when you have 13-14k. You will still be in garbage gear but at least you wont get completely pooped on. You help nobody when you get pooped on.
Just an FYI for those elitists out there that have no idea what they're talking about...

...I'm in FULL Champion/Centurion gear. I have 5 champion pieces and the rest are centurion.

I have about 14.5k HP.

I don't think I broke 14khp in FULL centurion.

Someone could be in full 49-50 PvE blues and probably have 16k hp.

HP has nothing to do w/ gear, and your assumptions are off.

Additionally, what makes you think that kicking someone guarantee's another player gets to take their place? You could just be giving yourself a disadvantage in team size.

pretty sure it will work the same as WoW vote kick.

You carry a running vote against you unless you enter combat with players. Where in your running count is reset and you are no longer eligible for a kick.

It's not a perfect system and it never will be without some type of real time policing (ala an admin).

Whatever they do, they should not make it a pop-up. Everybody just clicks on whatever makes pop-ups go away, so a person could get grief-kicked by a premade and other people just getting a pop-up off their screen.

The only way to make this work is make each individual have to vote off the raid-frame.

The guys wanting to be doing the kicking are probably the ones riding the short bus to school. Isnt it amazing how similar elitists are to re-tards.

If you are showing up in anything less than crafted 49 purple stuff (and a crafted 50 weapon) and a days worth of daily mods, you probably should be kicked.

Doing this stuff from the blues you were leveling in, will give around a ~30% damage increase, around 13-14k hitpoints, and a little better defensive stuff. You will still die a lot easier than you are used to, but your damage output will actually be not so bad, if you play smart and support the better geared players you can be very helpful.
Amen! I tried telling a player this the other day and was given a "look" of utter disbelief. Evidently, I and my premade with at least 75% Champ gear and close to starting to get BM stuff is supposed to carry someone with high 30/low 40 gear and mods... What people aren't understanding is that the Centurion/Tionese gear is not "plain level 50 gear." They need to basically make their own by gathering mods and whatnot. If you're spending your planetary commendations on things other than orange gear for you (and your companion) or new mods for the orange gear you already have, you are wasting them. In fact, I don't like calling Centurion/Tionese Tier 1 gear... it's not, think of it like the Class/AC stuff... you get your level 50 gear, then you branch off into pvp or pve gear, or a combo of both. In an hour, you and a small group can get 2 artifact quality (purple) level 50 mods by doing Belsavis and Ilum dailies. You can literally spec out armoring, hilts/barrels, and mods in a week.

Also, while we're on the subject, ask the veteran 50s how pvp goes once you are level 50... it is a whole different ballgame... it's the difference between little league t-ball and major league baseball. Do your homework on the skills for other classes and take some time working on your own spec. Things you did in the 1-49 bracket don't work anymore. If you lose a turret or have a door planted on, you can't expect to get it back or disarm without major coordination and divine intervention. I know everyone has to learn somewhere, and I'm ok with taking someone under my wing, but I have zero tolerance for ignorance.

Simple answer to this if you leave the match you get nothing and a debuff. If on the other hand you get vote kicked and your team of BM's (who hate you for your gear) win the match you get full credit and no debuff. That way the snobs can be the D***s they want to be and you still profit from thier arrogence and by the way thier time spent playing with themselves. Sounds like a win win to me.

OP is not a BM, has no friends to group with and is a baddy.

He won't be doing the kicking - he'll be getting kicked.
