Long load times affecting Warzones

Recently due to the large amount of players leaving Warzones before completion, I have been receiving a lot of queues for matches already in progress. Normally this would not be a problem, but due to the limited time to leave the safe zone I am kicked out of the group as soon as I am done loading. I have two questions that hopefully receive a warranted response. Will there be an process implemented to alleviate this issue such as having to hit the spacebar to start the counter or an extended timer on entry? My second question is, will there be a penalty if I am kicked out of the group due to the long load times in the upcoming 1.2 patch?

No comments of agreement or anything? Is anyone else experiencing these issues, specially in Huttball due to the long walk from zone in?

Yes we all have it.

No there wont be a penalty in 1.2.

And yes it has to be fixed.

So the new rule to 1.2 does not affect those that are in the starting area? That would negate the issue. Someone doesn't want to run with the group, but doesn't want the debuff will just stay in the safe zone.
