If you were from NZ/Aus/Red Zone back before launch, you'd know that ignoring threads/problems is what they do best.

They'll maybe come back and fix it in their own time (many months later), and act like it was all their idea and it'll be all look mom they've done good.

CAUTION: DO NOT LOAD SWTOR UNLESS YOU HAVE AFTER-MARKET COOLING INSTALLED!!

That's is all they have been doing... it seems like you have to get to the post cap before they notice it...
Not resubscribing until the FPS issues are fixed... I am a part of the 5%.

To be honest, I wouldn't mind it... at least this pitiful engine could get fixed then.

They can't do this forever... subs are bleeding left and right in NA. Maybe they're hoping when they expand to the new territories those subs will hopefully cover the bleeding in the States. If they keep ignoring this.... I will make a prediction... when D3 comes out... and if this issue isn't addressed... SWTOR will finally get buried.

Not just D3

Too many AA quality games coming out in the near future for a company to ignore and disregard its customers in this day and age of mmorpgs.

That behavior may have been something they could get away with back in the days of EQ1. I mean really, you get mad at the company, you didnt really have many other options to turn to if you still wanted to play some sort of mmorpg.

Players wont stand for it in todays online gaming industry. Sucks that bioware has to learn the hard way with their first big, expensive leap into that genre.

Seems like the one thing they forgot to learn and copy from Blizzard when making an mmo, is how to keep their customers happy.

Please read this:

My system:
E8500 Core2Duo OCed @ 3.8 GHz - not the best but OKish, good overclock
GeForce Gainward 560 Ti GS 1GB @900 MHz/1050 MHz/ 1800 MHz - really good GPU
OCZ Vertex 3 128 Gb SSD - really good
6 Gb DDR2 RAM - meh
Windows 7 Home 64 bit - new installation, all updates and drivers OK

Situation in a Civil War warzone:
I'm standing alone guarding middle, absolutely no one near, nothing going on:
my CPU at 80% , my GPU at 5% (5!!!!!!) FPS 35

5-6 people fighting in the same warzone: everything the same, CPU at 80%, GPU at 5%, only FPS drops to 21-26, varies

Sometimes FPS drops to 10-15 and the CPU is still at 80% and the GPU at 5%. highest ever GPU utilization in a warzone was 12%

While in cinematics and cutscenes, CPU is at 60% and the GPU is up to 99%!!!!
The FPS there, I don't even have to tell you, is over 110.

Not once the CPU in any warzone was at 100% or near, only time EVER while playing SWTOR the CPU goes to 100% is when loading planets, so it can't really be the game is CPU bound if the CPU is not at 100%, right?

So, please Bioware, can the game somehow PRETEND the warzones and Ilum are some kind of cutscenes or cinematics and ACTUALLY USE MY PC LIKE IT SHOULD/COULD?

Pretty please?
