Custom Size Operation (PLEASE IMPLEMENT)

I'm a bit concerned with having guild member benching on operation days, and i came to think about a solution.

I've heard that 8 man operation and 16 man operation are the same but monster hp and damage is increased.

Any chance we get the option to have between 8 and 16 man custom operation having say the average hp of 8 and 16 for a 12 man operation?

Nope, haven't worried about it.

Would be a nightmare to balance based on a random number of players.

If you have that many, why not push for a second 8 man team, or a full 16?

Benching is a part of raiding. Get used to it. This thread is like Phil Jackson wanting the NBA to allow 6v6 because he's got too many good players.

You cannot chages rules on this case because it clearly advantage the one asking it but Why not if both party agree.

Currently pvp work with 6v6 generaly 8v8 I've seen my team go to 10. Pvp is flexible why not PVE.

I say if 16 man is like 8 man but with bigger (hp, damage and loot) number there must be a formula to increase it.

Then apply this formula to 9 to 15 man operation and make the PVE flexible.
