Under "My Account -> Account Summary" where it says "Get ready to play", I've answered the 5 security questions, confirmed the contact information, BUT it is still saying I have to redeem a product registration code. Now I am in Early Access and my code has already been registered but I was just wondering why it's still like that when I have already redeemed it a long time ago.

You can ignore that until your retail CD key comes. That is where it goes Not your pre order key.
