Yea I don't see what the problem with healing with this UI is at all. You click the raid frame or you press an F key. In a heroic and wanna target a companion? Hit that player's F key twice, it auto targets the companion. Also, the Ops leader and re-arrange the groups if you feel like them being in a straight line down is too difficult. You can ALSO increase the sizes of the raid frames if you are too bad to click on them.

I dunno what the issue is. The only UI thing I want for healing is the ability to see the actual numbers on my CDs.

I don't know about you, but I can't tell you how many times I'm in a warzone and for some reason one or two people don't show up at all in my raid frames, forcing me to click on them to target them (Usually happens when the warzone bugs out and allows one team to have more than 8 people). Sometimes even when they are out in the open by themselves, I will click directly on them 5-10 times before it actually targets them. When playing a tank trying to guard swap, or as a healer trying to throw out a heal to save someone's life, this is incredibly frustrating.

Also sometimes if in a PUG it's hard to match someone to their raid frame with all the crazy titles and legacy names. Sometimes from a distance a player's title may look like their first name, creating extra time for me to go through the raid frames to figure out who they actually are. Not as big a deal when I run with premades, because I know everyone, but even in a premade there are going to be 4 puggers I may not know.

Question for you. If you want to heal the second person listed in the frame, which F key do you hit? Oh, that's right, you have to spam them all till you figure out and memorize the random order in which the game applies them.

The order isn't random for the F keys. F1 is always you, then it works from the bottom up IRC. so F2 is always the bottom guy. You count up ignoring yourself. If you spent time experimenting, you'd realize it's not random at all.

Also, did that guy above say that he can't use raid frames because he has difficulty knowing the names of players? L.O.L

Why in God's name would you be trying to click on people in the game field to heal them? That's what raid frames are for...

Same thing with cycling friendly targets.

Why in the world would you be cycling through targets to heal?

One more time.

/Click raid frame.

/press bound key on keyboard.
this... I dont even understand how you wouldnt learn this if have healed for any amount of time ever in a 3d game.

Awesome advice if you know the ball carrier's name ahead of time. Not so awesome if you don't.

I'm finding this a problem too. A better method would be good.

So what you are saying is that 2=8 3=7 4=6 5=5 6=4 7=3 8=2?

That makes total sense. I guess we were all wrong, those fella's over there at BW are geniuses.
