To be at cap and done with everything in WoW at launch, up to this point, 2 months in, was almost impossible.

Hardcores maybe but I didn't hit 60 forever. People were everywhere, world pvp was everywhere, things to do were everywhere. This game is stream line. To level to 50 takes a week if trying and 2 if not.

Like I've said before. This is the first mmo that I have beat. There's nothing left to do. And it's not being hardcore, it's just the game is too simple and too short.

I bought 3 months thinking there was no way to be done with everything but I was wrong. I spent more time on this game prior to release then when playing which is bad.

2 Weeks if "you're not trying"? What was your /played time when you capped?

On my main it was just under 4 days played. On my alt it was 3 days, 2 hours but got ran through 46-50 in less than 5 hours.

A hard core player can do that in a 5-7 day period. A person like me that works from home can do it in two weeks and if I decided to take a week off, it would be one. Then to gear my alt it took a week.

Hate to break it to you, but if your /played in 14 days was just under 4 days, that's pretty hard core gameplay. Think about this. in just two RL weeks, you've literally spent 96 hours playing a game. That's more time put in than a full time job.
I find your over-inflated sense of self worth disturbing.

Precisely, which is why I asked.

No gamer considers their playing time to be a lot, because they are used to it. But 96 hours in 14 days is a lot by any measure, even during holidays -- it means that you played the game quite a bit more than you would have full time worked during the same period.

WoW had about the same stuff this game does at launch. WoW actually had less quests and around 50ish you kind of had to start grinding out levels by killing mobs or running dungeons repeatedly. Outside of running dungeons, doing world PvP, working on professions and doing those tricky questlines there was really nothing else to do. Molten Core I thought was in launch but that place is like dipping your eyes in acid kind of fun in my opinion. You spend like 6 hours just clearing the trash and another 6 killing the bosses.
There were these things, called reputations.
There were also the things, called vanity items, mostly noncombat pets and mounts

Yes, it was super boring and super tedious to farm your 4 cities reputation or Argent Dawn or Timbermaw or Defilers or farm your dragon pet from Dustwallow, but the game had something to do

Something useless to do maybe. Is that what you feel is in need?

It takes a normal person around 1 month to reach lvl 50. The guy says hes already got everything maxed in game and is bored. If you want useless goals, then maybe try to get every mount in the game? try to max social rank and get all vanity pets? try to finish the quests on all planets?

The problem here is people dont know how to think a game that isnt a carbon copy of WoW, and whatever isnt they refuse to see. Think for yourselves. Stop letting the WoW misconceptions blind you.

The case at hand here is: the guy has too much free time so he rushed through the content for braging rights. As he cant get anymore of a head start he is here QQing he wants more so he can become "more special"according to his standards so his life has some meaning.

More content, yes we all want and its coming as soon as the next patch, wich wont take 6 months to arrive like WoW's but it will be here most probably next month. Really, just visit ToRhead and find out. Now, to feed a guys bad life habits, i wont.

Do what you do in every mmo.

Grind PvE Gear - Then stand in town.
