I did most of it at the right level and didnt find anything too difficult but at one point levelling up my jedi sage, you get a class quest that requires you to fight groups of 2 or 3 silver and some with gold and silver elites at the same level if you do the quest. That felt like a brickwall for me.

The one thing it did teach me though was how to CC more and interupt most things.. some mobs on voss need to be interupted otherwise they keep healing themselves.. also you need to use your pet like a group and have you target one mobs and both attack to kill it quick (CTR+1) also using passive to move him out of stuff also helps..

it does ramp up in difficulty but by that point you should be using things other than your damage/healing spells.

I think you hit the nail on the head, to many are just used to tank and spank and think that is the golden ticket.

The progression is fine. It allows you to learn and develop into a better player.

Do you think just waltzing through the game with no challenge is really helping you?
Wont debate you any farther, but I will say, folks with your thinking will hurt this game.

Sorry, but its the truth.

I couldn't agree more. To many bosses on my way up I was able to tank and spank. This one and the area made me use new tactics.

If I wanted whack-a-mole PvE (not counting dungeons) I would go back to WoW.

But dungeons in WoW are whack-a-mole simple as well.

So I guess you want areas and bosses that you can walk over without having any effort put into it.

You keep saying we are wrong but you wont say how we are wrong. In you words what is wrong with these type of areas/bosses?

If you're struggling with bonus missions, just skip over them and go to the next planet. There should be difficult content for those who want the challenge. I don't see the problem.
