and yet groups did go out before the balancing of wow's heroics. And did get the runs done I was there pugging them.

You're exaggerating the awful performance of your average mmo'er.

How is it skewed? He just confirms they are looking at the cross server as an answer to some problems, there isn't ambiguity in there at all. Does this mean it's coming? No. Will it probably come? My opinion is yes.

Don't have time for a mmo? play something else then, the game is nothing but a glorified lobby for instanced pvp and dungeons /yawn

Who won? Who is next? You decide!

EDIT: For people skeptical or lazy

Simon – Any plans for an LFG tool?

SR: Definitely being looked at including cross-server Flashpoint tool. Definitely wanting to do.

EDIT 2: The above is not "word for word" and there is a podcast that you can listen to and the LFD part comes around 26:10. Under no way or form does he say LFD Is coming cross server but he confirms that they are in fact looking at it which is HUGE from their previous stance.
Meh, would prefer solo flashpoints where I could use 3 of the 6 companions we have to form a group. A cross realm dungeon finder similar to that used in wow is dependent on the personalities of the people playing and certainly wont be enough to keep me playing and paying. Obviously BW own statistics show that not enough players are getting involved in FP's so they see this as a way to increase participation. This may work for some but not most, players benefiting from this are those that spend countless hours typing LFG.

No, there are plenty of people that I don't know that are intelligent and can do these things, but from my experiences in this and WoW there are a lot more "random groups of morons" out there, and they WILL make the system hell.

I ran hundreds, possibly thousands, of random heroics in WoW over my multitude of characters and I ran into horrid groups of people I'd end up carrying as a tank who couldn't understand mechanics more often than I'd run into people who had brains and made the runs enjoyable.

I don't think so, I don't like to bring up DPS but when I can log into WoW right now and pretty much top meters on single target boss fights in every single heroic I run I don't think I'm exaggerating how awful MMO players generally are these days.

I've met plenty of good solid people I'd be happy to run with again by random chance, but the idiots outnumber them by 3 to 1 from what I've come to see.

I think the ambiguity is in the summary, I have a feeling it might be missing a comma.

Should read more like "SR: Definitely being looked at, including cross-server Flashpoint tool. Definitely wanting to do."

To me, without that comma, it reads they are only looking "at including cross-server". And most (sensible) replies seem to be aimed that way too.
