Can't abandon nor reset a bonus quest.

I get a long wait, then finally this message:

"Our Help Center is searching for a solution...If this response takes to long, just click "Submit Ticket" button below"

So I did. (Though amazingly the "Submit Ticket" button was greyed out...had to actually exit the Help and re-enter to Submit!)

ive submitted a ticket, only to be told to look for future patch notes.

Don't listen to this bot garbage/nonsense that CSR is responding with.
I've opened 4-5 separate tickets and nothing is resolved. They are still open, check the forums for :

You'll get your answer. I'll sum it up for you however. Basically all tickets are all still open as a) they haven't fixed the issue that has been a problem since this game was in Beta and b) because they won't help you manually abandon quests.

Don't have too much faith in the CSR. Infact I actually cancelled my account today because they are more focused on changing things like a jugg's scream animation and GCD animation(which infact made it worse), instead of issues that have persisted since Beta.

Regardless, its' sad that they let such a great game go to waste. It had so much potential.

Holy crap Zap... I vote this guy gets help first and foremost! That's just ridiculous!
