During the smuggler's class quest on Coruscant, you must save a slicer named Kixi to get inside a computer. Once the job is done, one of the conversation options is "Now die". I was like *** ? How the hell did that option even make it there ? It doesn't even make sense in that current situation.
Hard mode: Play Republic
Nightmare mode: Play Republic on a pvp server
Are you man enough for the challenge ? Aunt Satele wants YOU.
Republic. No kids allowed.

I personally hope they do not change the rep side, I do NOT want them give a jedi force lightning and the ability to use the dark side.

Every single person I know (and every major Guild I know) plays Horde in WoW. Blizzard still has faction balancing issues.

Seriously, everybody I ask says that the rep side is too "goody goody".....which Jedi's are supposed to be the good guys.

You cannot force people to play good guys if they want to play evil ones!
And that sample size of people you know represents the entire WoW population how? WoW is probably the MOST balanced MMO with split factions and both sides have professional guilds that are neck and neck in progression. SWTOR is horribly unbalanced population-wise and on top of that, certain "coincidental" bugs and gameplay imbalances favor Empire.

So now it's a conspiracy by Bioware.

General forums are such a cesspool.

The irony is that this a very immature and stupid thing to say. There are *******es on both sides.

Hm, if they'll delete all pub classes and add 4 new ones for empire that would be nice indeed.
A rocket launcher gives me all the spiritual peace I need.

For Imp side at least I thought the Dark Side options were really Dark Side. You hurt, torture and kill people just because you can.
On Rep side you get Dark Side points for not telling on a romantic couple. You get Dark Side points for not helping the granny get across the street. And you rack up a ton of Light Side points by just being what you're supposed to be. A nice and peace loving hippie. You don't feel as if there is any decision making at all, you just space bar through the dialogue and choose Light Side, because, well, it fits the character.

And that's where the fun starts on Imperial side. Often you take the Light side action and people tell you how your mercy has actually worked out for the Empire in the end. You act on mercy and compassion instead of pure rage and it just... well, feels good. Because you know you could have just zapped that poor helpless guy standing in front of you.

Choices for Imps sway more towards extremes. With every DS/LS choice I had that nagging feeling "do you really want to do this?". I have never had that on my Reps.

Plus I have to say that after playing Reps as well as Imps I have to say that at least on my server the Imperials are actually the more mature community. People overall struck me as friendlier and more willing to socialise. I have seen a lot less silly or downright offensive names with the Empire. From what I have seen so far, the cool kids have joined Republic because they all thought the other cool kids were going to join Empire and they could easily pwn them

You get Dark Side points as a Rep when you report a bunch of deserters....

I have three 50 chars, 2 empire and 1 republic, and the republic one is f** sad, not only i had a lot of trouble to find groups for normal FP and Heroics during my lving, but its almost impossible to find groups for HM FPs and Daily Heroics..
The republic fleet is sad, rarely it has more than 100 chars on, but the empire fleet usually has more than 200.. something must be done.. i think that this disbalance is worst than any bug or exploit and it should be priority number one..
