When i say it makes the planet feel more alive i mean it feels like there is something actually going on you know, something changes, it's not just always the same, since this game is missing roaming NPC's and lots of random wildlife and wildlife ambiance the least they could do is add a day/night cycle, i should not have to explain this to anyone.

Do you think that the art should be of lower quality to make this happen?

That is the cost of it.

I'm glad you can argue that. You were probably thinking....

Pac Man = "bad choice"
SWTOR = "good choice"

I agree it could use more ambient noises but I don't see how for one sec day/night cycles make it feel like something is actually going on.

Can you explain why they would need to lower the quality of the art to make that happen? I'm not too sure i follow, it should have minimal if any impact at all on systems if they were to implement the feature.

why even have colors? it doesn't make it feel like something is actually going on...

Against their target systems, this is what they can expect to run with decent performance. Day-Night cycles would mean art meeting the same performance standards could not be as good. That's just reality.
Day/night cycles could be done with a minimal hit. I can only assume you're one of those fanboys who thinks absolutely nothing new needs to be added to TOR because God himself created it.

I like TOR, i enjoy it greatly, but no i don't think it's perfect and i think it'd more succesful than it already is with some enhancements. Day/night cycles would help make the game feel less static.

Again, i like the game, i even subbed for six months, i intend to play it for quite a long time. There's no need to deride a suggestion from fellow fans that could help make the game better.
Syff, Suder, Lieutenant Lonn, Captain Maureen.
Tassitan, Darth Vandicus, Agent Cormoran, Marin.

There is 15 load screen between one planet to the next, this game world needs more then a silly day/night cycle to feel alive.
