Just accept the invite if you're on the same quest.

The whole point is: There is nothing else for you to do. I am pwning that area, and you joining me allows you to also make progress, instead of only allowing me to make progress.

Its a daily quest. One that people do over and over. There is no RP factor involved. Its for daily commendations and credits.

Do you have a lot of people refusing your invite in that situation?

To me that sounds a bit like when you have people sitting there waiting for a bonus quest boss to respawn. In that case most people seem generally willing to group up without much interaction.

If I get a blind invite I always refuse. I then place that person on my ignore list. Solves all my problems.

I don't want to group with you. If I wanted to then I would send you a tell. But I won't send you a tell because I don't know you, and I don't want to know you. I don't want your help and I don't want to help you. If I wanted to group with someone then I would respond to a LFG in general chat, or I would post my own LFG in chat.

I would rather sit and do nothing while you finish doing whatever it is you are doing, then I can go back to doing what I was doing. I do not get upset when people ask me to join with them, I respond to polite tells with matching politeness. I respond to rudeness with the ignore list.

I don't understand why Bioware didn't have open groups, like Warhammer Online does, one of WAR's genuine innovations.

It's not about the credits or exp, it's all about the player interaction. It's the "hey mate, look at me I just took 2 seconds to say hi and would you like to spend a few mins completing these quests?"

Even just giving the quest name and the word "group" works sometimes in a /w. It's crude but atleast he tried bless his cotton socks.
