I have a question, on Normal mode does the left position remove bosses ability to place the armor debuff on the tank? I ask this because we rolled this guy last week on normal going right-middle-left wth only 1 tank that debuff wasn't a problem. And this week we keep enraging at 20% since the second tank used to be up top helping with the puzzle instead of a dps.
Wife ask "Do I look fat in this dress?"

That's what I thought. Thanks for the conformation. I'll make sure that my group understands that they need to make sure to watch for it more closely.

This. If he had less health on Normal with all 3 giving you the damage debuff you would blow him up so fast it would be silly. The fight is absolutely not easier on normal.

Run the fight with a Scoundrel/Operative healing from the bottom and a Sage/Sorcerer healing on the top. The Sage/Sorcerer can throw force armor on the tank that's solving the puzzle and he can run through the stun droids and will only have to be healed up from around half his health. Let ranged dps take out stun droids on bottom while melee stay on boss. You won't have any problems with this set up on 8-man Normal/Hard.

So, we just cleared him on nightmare and he was easier than on normal mode.

We needed 3 tries but only because we wanted to test it with one tank. As soon as we switched on 2 tanks he was dead.

And Karagga himself on nightmare is even easier. So hf every new raid group, that tries him on normal mode.

It's easy on all modes, but if you think it's harder on normal, you're thinking about it too hard. Normal mode is complete faceroll. Nightmare, only moderate faceroll.

The problem is bioware made everything so easy that when they put in something that doesn't just fall over on the first try people come here and start to complain. I personally find the normal mode no harder than hard or nightmare. On normal every single position allows for a massive damage boost. On hard and nightmare you don't get that benefit. To me it makes sense that you'd have more hp on normal because even though he has higher health you get increased damage every single time. On nightmare you get increased damage in one spot which means the fight is still going to take longer even with less hp. Learn to adapt your strategy rather than coming on here complaining about how hard it is. If it were a bugged encounter then by all means report the bugs but in this case it's how the fight is designed and if you do it properly and use some strategy it's easily doable.
Again you're missing the point. I'm in agreement with you on the difficulty of this fight. If anything they should make him and every single other encounter drastically more difficult than they are atm. The game has barely been out a month and the hardest content in the game is already on farm. That is another problem all together and completely unrelated to this encounter.

The problem isn't the difficulty as a whole(if anything it and every other encounter is too easy). The problem is that the difficulty levels are out of whack. Normal mode is considerably harder than hard mode, just because your not attentive enough to notice doesn't mean it's not true. There is something fundamentally wrong with the normal mode being more difficult than the hard mode. Either make the hard mode more difficult or make the normal mode easier. Either way, something needs to change.

it's not true because it's just not true. Just cause you guys derped it up on your normal mode run for whatever reason doesn't make it true.

I understand your point completely I just don't' agree. The fight was stupidly easy before they fixed it and it's only slightly less easy now. The problem is people don't use half the damn abilities they are given and never look for the creative solution to a problem. They see all these probes and just decide since it's there they must have to kill all of them. I have zero doubt that a group of 50's in blue and orange quality gear could go in there nda roll that fight easily if they understood their class and the role they fill.
