Stop the AIM hate! (Aim based companion? Read this.)

Animals and droids will have their resources fropped ... to 1 unit unless EAware decides not to implement it the way it is on the PTR at the moment.

What makes you think I haven't? Feedback, bug, as well as suggestion. Every consular who plays heals and more than a few of the other classes with aim-based melee say it bugs them too, but it's highly likely BioWare doesn't hear that (because let's face it, only 2% will ever do more than complain).

If every person who genuinely dislikes this would put it in their sig, it would become very visible without them having to do more than that.

Admittedly, if it comes down to people care only until it might mean they actually have to do something more than complain, I too will likely drop it... and not just the topic.

But, for now, it's just a case of someone (me) actually making an effort not only to highlight the matter, request a formal statement from BioWare, and generally get folks to do more than complain, but also to keep a list of ArmorTechs by server who are willing to help in the meantime and, where possible, hand a nice cup of **** to people who think that just because it doesn't bother THEM means it shouldn't bother anyone.

Node farming route? lol. WHy would I need a route when there are places with 10 critters in the same area which respwn very quickly.

No one in my guild, which is annoyingly filled to the brim with consulars, has complained about it. No one I've seen in general has complained about it. No one I have leveled or grouped with has complained about it.


In my PERSONAL experience, this is not an issue for consulars.... But apparently you know all the consulars out there, and have weekly meetings about your hatred of this, so who am I to argue?

Sorry, you seem to mistake your opinion as mattering to me. Allow me to dissuade you -- it doesn't.

Secondly, you err in your statement that the blue level 50 is "on par" as it cannot be improved, whereas the moddable weapons handed to the other companions can and thus, are.

Thirdly, kindly stop trying to put your words in my mouth... I don't know where they've been. I did not say it's killing my ability to play, I said it is inconsistent and (until stated otherwise) in error and for that reason alone, deserves to be fixed.

Finally, it seems you enjoy trolling. Kindly feel free to continue doing it, but after this post you'll be doing it alone (from where I sit, that probably is neither new nor surprising).

You decide to touch on a very valid point and move on to encouraging people to copy/paste a signature using the standard MMO whine language (keywords being hate, ****) and you think that this would be the most productive way of going about your issue?

Obviously, you missed the previous response. No worries.

On my Trooper I used Tanno Vik exclusively as soon as I got him. I found him to be the better tank by far. He was also a lot more comical to me. Certainly would never consider using Elara because my trooper was a healer. Aric was too flimsy against champion mobs. That alien annoys me like all the aliens that don't speak English. That left Tanno vs the robot and Tanno alligned almost perfectly with my Trooper in terms of conversation choices so I used him.

Why should all the companions but some get orange weapons? It makes no sense.
