Im confused

Ok so i pre order the standard Game tues day and redeemed the code but on my account it doesnt say that i redeemed the code so i retried it and the code didnt work. does this mean that it didnt work? because i would like a Check mark next to "redeemed pre-order code" on my account so i can at least feel better knowing that i didnt mess up in some way.

When you go to 'My Account', then to 'Code Redemption' and scroll down to 'Code History' you should see your already registered pre-order.

The product key will be sent to you by Origin about 16th December.

oh... i was an idiot and typed in the Serial Number.

im still waiting for my codes your 15 hours late for me recieving them whats taking so long .And also i have sent 2 message to contact centre and heard nothing back good start for releasing and making your customers unhappy and dissatistfied
