Pvp gear nerfs are you freaking kidding?!

Really? After nine hours of repetitive, monotonous labor with little to no reward, I really look foward to nine more hours of repeititve, monotonous labor with little to no reward when I turn on my PC. Different strokes, I guess...

This is my last straw for this game i think im done subbing, there altering pvp way to much first you nerf opertives so now healing is out of control you consider a group dominating ilum to be exploiting and now you decide to make my hard work not worth anything after you gave us level 50 only warzones i think im finished i dont pve im strictly pvp ONLY you ruining the my game so i think im done

All your "hard work" is not worth anything???? Ahahahahaha!!!

Guess what, these changes to level the playing field are good for the game.

When I kill someone in PvP, it should be because I outplayed them, not because I completely outgeared them.


Next time you want to "work hard", maybe focus your effort on something a bit more worthwhile than a video game

Once rated warzone swing around, I am sure, that naturally, Rated Only Gear will follow. At that point, the tier gear that we currently see will only be the 'bare minimums' / 'handouts' that any player can get if they put the time in.

Bad players will still be easy to kill and you will be less reliant on your gear to win. Any SERIOUS PvPer would welcome these changes which normalize the playing field so that those with cooperation and skill will surpass those who used to rely on their gear to carry them through a warzone.

The reason why this is being implemented is that if you want Rated Warzones to start off on the right foot, then everyone needs to be on the same field.

Remember when Arena started in WoW? Those who got to 60 first and got the best gear first easily carried themselves up to 2200+ rating and created an artificial barrier against newer people from being able to get gear.

tl;dr If a small population of players on a server have much better gear then the rest, then the gear will carry them through rated games and create a gear gap that doesn't account for player skill, but rather who had the best gear when entering into the Rated Season.

It's funny how the bads think that this retareded nerf that's another excuse for not fixing the gearing system, is gonna slinghshot them to prop PVP-ers. When the fact is, true PVP-ers will still rip you apart.

Then stop asking for things to be handed to you on a plate. I dinged 50, I'm on the republic side, I upped my gear with the best mods I could make / find and I ground out Warzones / Ilum, did nothing but PvP for days on end. I got stomped, repeatedly and kept working at it.

I now have almost a full Champ Set, while it may not considered "Work", I STILL put up with being undergeared and knew it would b e hard work.

STOP asking for things to be handed to you on a gosh darn plate, it's really starting to grate my gears. Do I expect to be able to do HM's, Nightmare level when I first ding 50? NOPE, you have to WORK towards gearing for that. It does not take that long to gear up seriously, trying speccing your character out correctly, stop PvPing with under 10k health in your blues/greens, MOD your gear, re-spec your character out for more survivability or a healing role if you can. Stop coming onto the forums and whining like babies because PvP is hard, just suck it up and get stuck in like the rest of has to do! (Apart from Imps who farmed ilum for there rank)

Yeah it starts to seem like that, PvE gear being seen in WZs. We'll see how that will go. After all, you PvErs need some compensation for that mind numbing procedure you perform and which you call raiding, operation, find-the-exploit-and-win, whatever.

real PvPers doesnt care about gear.. in ideal situation - all players have access to same gear / equipment.. if game doesnt allow that, then we should care only to the point where is necessarily..

Centurion isn't end game gear. Sorry bro. Either is champion. They're not making Battlemaster gear easier, so end game PvP isn't getting any easier.
