What's up with all the yelling and whineing ? I don't quite understand the OP's point .... I think he's trying to say that he doesn't want people in PvE gear do well in PvP ? I don't want to burst your bubble, but I found the champion set much easier to get then the Columni ... hell I geared up for PvE by getting PvP gear! (Oke it's mostly luck with the stupid bag system... but I'm a lucky guy) How many people have you heard about that where doing raids to get gear so they could be competitive in PvP ? That's right : None. With the lvl 50 bracket they will need to add an easy way to get expertise because having expertise is seriously imba... (I haven't lots a duel to anybody in my guild yet ... not because of skill, just because i have pvp gear)

People camped Ilum prior to the 'pvp patch' to get easy items. People camped Ilum spawn points after the patch to get easy valour. If you thought that a bunch of people getting easy access to end game items was going to stay... Once everyone gets something, they move the goalposts, thats how progression works They messed up big with PvP, and this patch at least suggests they know that.

I spend lots of time in the 10-49 warzones, it's not my fault there's no way to save up for a decent amount of gear as I go along. I didn't ask for this system and from what I've been reading on this forum, it has issues. One of the issues is the miserable gear grind at 50 that causes players to mistreat new 50s on their own teams. That's completely unfair to new players and players who take their time leveling. Besides, if you pvp a lot, you have something many players don't. Practice. You should win 1 vs 1 in almost all situations against an equally geared but inexperienced pvper, right? So why are you complaining again?

Handing them a free ride doesn't fix the fact that they didn't put in the time and I know this is long winded but GIVE ME A BREAK this is BS T2+ pvp gear shouldnt let u walk right into a HM Ev ready to go..Infact any gear in this game is incredibly easy to get....you dont even have to "work" for pvp gear..just be crazy lucky and farm illum to get 60+ if u want a valid argument...how about upping the DR from a fullset of pvp gear.. 15% seems low for a full set of T3 pvp gear
