100% of Nerf threads are from bad players

Thats a BS post if i have ever seen one,people TOP charts with these casters due to having them stacked in groups and no counter to this overpopulation of this class.

I dont know what game your playing but the very first toons with BM gear on my server were these Imperial casters that are nothing less than 4 to 5 per a WZ.

Some guy commented yesturday that "You just need to disrupt them for 4 sec's" thats a joke if i ever seen one,like five players in a pug are going to time to interrupt five casters at the same time,or even three?

The reality and what ppl post on this forum 85% of the time is fantasy,im about done posting in this forum because i have never seen so many people in utter denial and lie through there teeth day in and out,i have better things to do with my time.

There are valid issues being raised on these threads.

Good players can accept losses, learn from their mistakes, and analyze the weaknesses of other classes to the point that, with time and practice, they are able to take on those classes better.

Now, player skill is a factor, and you won't always win a fight if the other player is also good, but the last thing a good player does is whine on forums about the strength of other classes, nor do they think that a given class is unbeatable. Good players are not defeatists.

Good players always admit their own mistakes, even if only to themselves. "What did I do wrong there?" "Should I have stunned earlier?" "Next time I have to remember to save my interrupt for their heal, not their channeled attack, I can medpac that." etc.

Good players realize that they are not a "class". They are a "player". Different classes have different pros and cons. Each player has a particular style of combat they like. Good players try different classes (and ultimately, ALL classes) to see which one suits them best. They then work on learning not just the basics, but the nuances of playing that class, against the other classes. "How do I fight a BH?" "How do I fight a sorc?" Even: "How do I fight a Focus-spec Guardian?" They get specific. They get detailed.

tl;dr: 100% of Nerf threads are from bad players, because good players don't need to whine, they learn.

A thread which analyzes a skill or ability, mathematically, and compares it to others like it, and questions if its working properly, with discussion, is not a nerf thread.

The threads I am referring to are mindless, "nerf Sorcs" or "nerf BHs" threads, with no substance, almost always contain lies/falsehoods about class abilities, and lack any sort of rational basis for discussion.

And yet that isn't what 100% of the nerf threads are, so sounds more like you're taking something rather personally and enjoy making attacks on people because of it.

Real trash are the ones who ignore evidence, who ignore the opinions of others because of their own arrogance rather then thinking things through. The ones who insult people because they think differently. The ones who make up lies to try and downplay the truth.

If you think all that is better, well... its no wonder humanity suffers.

if you organize a group of a mix of classes and you cannot possibly beat 4-5 of the same class doing the same thing, then yes the class has a problem because they are surcumventing some form of gameplay that makes other classes necessary.

if you win at this situation then it disproves that they are op because that comp can be beat.

if you go toe to toe wins and loses then really it just means you could do that but if it doesnt matter what damage goes there then why dont you just play the class you want.

thats all im saying is we dont have enough data to show that these teams are op because no one is posting stuff about how this is set up is totally unfair and they can go up against a divers team.

What evidence has anyone provided? And when someone's opinion consists of "ZOMG OPERATEEVS HITTED ME FOR 9K + 5K +5K I'LL UNSUB UNLESS U NERF!" what do you expect people to do? Respect these idiots' opinions, really?

These nerf threads are just sad rants from people that get owned. And instead of looking inward to learn their own class or their opponents' classes, learning from their mistakes, adapting, trying a new strategy, improving their PvP awareness, and their own limitations, they feel the need to write forum rants about how X class is 1000X OVERPOWERED.

That's sad, dude. Thinking that sort of behavior ANYWHERE is acceptable is why humanity suffers. Because we're soft from being coddled.

See, I agree with you on this, but to say its 100% of the time is just as bad. Neither extreme is better than the other in the long run. There's very little appreciation for the middle ground. Hell, much of the time people have the gall to treat the other side like idiots who don't pay attention, and that causes esculation from those that do.
