Min spec according to player guide is the 4100 integrated intel graphics

SOOO if the rep's advice doesn't work for you, I think you do need a different computer.

I'm fairly sure that the M350 is an older model that doesnt have intel HD 3000. It just has an Intel HD. Maybe then its a driver issue if you are using the 3000 ones?

Problem fixed...redowloaded grahics driver and istalled it from scratch, games run smooth

That should work. If not you may need to run the game on a PC with a better graphics card. I used to have that rendering problem with graphics walls/spikes popping up everywhere in older games using a very very old PC. GPU just couldnt handle it.

How do u uninstall the driver and reinstall it - ive got the intel hd too and its not quite working
just not sure what the steps are

any help would be much appreciated

I'm having the same problems with a Intel G45 chip. I tried downloading the latest driver and it didn't help.
