Amazing post! You've managed to sum up all the things that need to be fixed. I really hope BW reads this post.

Or hires you to fix PVP.

cause everyone totally wants to join a losing warzone say huttball where the other team already has 5 and is farming the team you joined in with and now your forced to stay... that would be awesome.

Having said that? This is a game and I'd rather eat my own hat than to play WoW 2. So I say fark arenas, fix the server imbalances and give us a real reason to world pvp...other than a new piece of loot thanks.

As for the OP, I'd suggest going back to WoW and trying for 'Glad' title number 6. Funny how some think that WoW Arenas should be classed as 'PvP' at all. It should be classed as 'joke' more than anything lol.
Okay. I really dont want to dilute this entire thread with something I was really trying to avoid. Trolls be Trolls.

What you're saying has happened to me before as well. Its really frustrating, other than the fact that its a quick way to grab valor when the game ends a couple minutes later.

This is exactly what I want to fix with deserter penalties. I'm not saying you won't get farmed in Huttball, I am saying that at least the one's trying won't be penalized when people decide to quit early because they can't make something happen.

Kicked to the Imperial Fleet? When I join late, and have to wait for load times, to miss the initial spawn release at the beginning of a game, I'm most often removed from the Warzone and placed on the Imp. fleet. This is retarded.

Bags - The bag system has a great number of flaws and is probably the absolute worst reward system I have ever seen in a PVP game. There are players who hit level 50 and immediately have full Champion gear, and other players who are valor rank 59, and have been grinding their butts off for weeks straight to have only 3 pieces. I myself opened 6 bags today with no rewards. I would suggest that there are no repeat rewards given and that the drop rate of Champion gear per bag be increased. Or that the system is scrapped and go to a point system, where you get points for quests and are allowed to pick and choose how to spend them.
Yes, yes and yes. 3 most frustrating things I've run into so far. No gear, my few wins not counting and getting bumped back to the fleet mid match.
Gennavie - 50 Jedi Shadow
Erei - Scoundrel
Nides - Powertech
Gypsum - Sith Sorcerer

I think you forgot to mention that when joining a Huttball match in progress, you can get locked behind the gate and end up being kicked out from the AFK timer through entirely no fault of your own. Quite frustrating.

(If you did mention it, my bad, I'm not feeling at my best today :P)
I love this place because most people aren't capable of forming a coherent argument. It's like a low level grinding area for public debate.

We should think big. This is 2012. How about a planet that for 3 hours every night during primetime we fight for control of the entire planet? Every Friday night at 12 whoever has control of more objectives gets rights to a special raid for the week end? Make the planet fat so it requires more tactics than zerging an AV sized map. Give us guns that can be manned at our starting half of the strongholds. Basically the premise of Battleground Europe. That was a great pvp game back in the day. Let us fight an actual war. Or heck, make it 3 planets, best 2 out of three wins. Something epic. Something 300 million dollars worthy.
