lethality ops still do fine, sorry to say that SURPRISINGLY concealment isn't the only spec

the nerf WAS too much but people act like they only have one viable spec when lethality actually is better in pve

Not. A. Single. Person.

Is that clear enough for you? We occasionally run a 4 DPS or 3 DPS and 1 healer and its simply not enough damage to kill a healer with the mass CC before one of your DPS or your healer is gibbed due to lack of taunt and guard.
So nobody dies. Is this a problem? You could... you know... complete the objectives. you could just pick up the huttball and take 14 minutes to walk it to the score line.

in a situation when nobody dies in say voidstar, it's actually basically impossible to get the door

in a situation where 2 good teams are fighting one another you shouldn't be able to ever cap the door, ever

(i'm wondering when the **** they're gonna fix the **** with outnumbered teams, it's pretty fun going into a WZ where it's 10 v 8 and they have 3 healers, 1 tank, and 6 dps, math BW how does it work)

I don't think you are dumb, it's clear you have experience, but listen. You can't cap a door on offense when 4 players with that many cc / survivability can constantly keep you off the door and keep themselves alive. one healer force storms the door, the other 2 heal...etc. When done to perfection, you just can't win. Now whether or not it becomes a stalemate is up to how good your team is on D, but I bet they get through one door depending on how well geared / smart your team is.


One thing is for certain though, you aren't getting through.

And if the tide of the battle turns to the other door, never fear, force sprint and rinse repeat are here!

So really, your drama queen whine of a post was 'I died to a pre-made'. This thread has nothing to do with tanks, it has everything to do with pre-mades.

I'm not arguing in the current state of stacking tanks/healers

As I've said, stacking tanks/healers is a great way to Pubstomp.

But tanks are hardly broken and causing balance issues for the game. This will become apparent if they ever implement rated WZ's.

And I'm not saying tanks are the problem. The OP doesn't seem to know you can't be guarded if you are guarding someone. I am just saying I role w/ a premade of guardian vanguard sage and operative and we cannot stop the 1 tank 3 healers no matter what strategy we try.

this reminds me of a game called Team Fortress 2.

Medic + Heavy = INDESTRUCTIBLE.

If you go barge head on against it you are smashing eggs against a rock. What do you do? You work as a team, surround them, take them out. Play smart, take advantage of their mobility. Warzone is an objective game with killing involved, not a killing game with objectives. Tank and healer giving you trouble? Go to the other caps, try the other door, or pull healer into the fire. You don't have to be able to "kill" them to win them. Don't forget, you have your own medic + heavy combo too.

If you have two teams having a stalemate, farming dmg /protection /healing, its just pure laziness. The objectives are there to prevent stalemates. 3 caps on alderaan, stalemate in centre? Try taking the sides. 2 doors on voidstar, one door heavily guarded? Try the other door. Fastest time wins. Huttball you can't hold the ball indefinitely. The ball will reset after sometime. Nobody scores? Last team to hold the ball wins.

Guess what, a tank + healer cannot kill a dps + healer either. Do you see me charging into a dps + healer combo and ask why I cannot destroy the combo and posting a forum qq about dps being overpowered? I don't think so. I work around it. With MY TEAM.

Teamwork determines the results of the game. Not the tank. Not the dps. Not the healer.

lol this....

I had a match where both teams had about that exact setup with 3 healers, 2 tanks, 3 dps. It was voidstar...neither team breached the first door, and at the end of the match, both sides had a COMBINED 17 kills.
