Bag system killing my enjoyment

Are you out of your mind? Are you really saying people should grind for months on end for... pvp gear while others got lucky, some exploited, and a few did it before the illum change?

I want time consuming, because just giving out loot like most people want, is boring.

However, random luck is a horrible design.

God forbid you have to play the game for awhile to get gear......

I have been EXTREMELY lucky with my bags. I'm currently geared up in all champion gear except for my Centurion relics, pve gloves, my pve pants and my Centurion chest piece. I'm currently Valor rank 55. I've gotten duplicate boots, 3 sets of bracers, a duplicate implant and a butt ton of commendations. Fortunately for me as a Jedi Guardian I can use the duplicates to buy both sets of champion gear but it's still INCREDIBLY annoying.

I've got a friend who was level 50 2 weeks before I hit 50 and he still hasn't even gotten his champion weapon but he has gotten 6 (count them SIX!) sets of bracers. He's since stopped playing. On the other hand I have a friend who just hit 50 on Sunday and he's now gotten 7 champion pieces... FROM 14 FREAKIN' BAGS!! That's absolutely ridiculous. My friend is valor rank 34 and he's almost as geared as I am at Valor rank 55. Who thought that was balanced?

I've had to work very hard for my gear and it's very frustrating to see people doing significantly less work than me getting better rewards in a shorter period of time. I'm very disappointed with the system by which you get centurion/champion gear. I don't understand why it can't be the same way as getting the level 40 gear? You play so many games and you get so many commendations per game. If you're really really good and you win more games then you'll get your gear faster, because you get more commendations and you can buy it quicker. Or if you're a hard worker (like me) then you get more commendations because you played more games and can then buy your gear.

It's not a fair system because it's all left to chance. I don't see how it makes sense to anyone that it should be any different.

Not at all. What I am saying is it isn't as bad as people are making it out to be. If you have been grinding for months and don't have a set, then we can talk, but with you having at most 3 weeks to gear, you shouldn't be talking about how bad it is.

yes and that's why the rng needs to go there are valor rank 20s and under with full sets of champ gear why there are BMs that still don't have full set of champ. It should be 49 valor and under can buy cen gear 50-59 can get champ then 60+ can get Bm but make so you get a token every time and make the pieces cost more so it scales right etc but rng needs to go

Again so then you can complete your gear and move on to complaining there's nothing to do. Because once you gear up it seems that the game is a waste of time for you.
