Who said it was ? I am saying if its that big a problem for you go play something where your score is posted instant.

And i ask you again, as i dont understand your "what" to my other post. Ability delay is so bad in this game, than clicker vs none clicker imo couldent tell the differ anyway, so who cares ?

Until the ability delay is fixed a damage meter is as useful as a fork when eating soup.

There is no answer guys. Combat logs are needed.
lol already answered it good leaders should also understand classes and be able to ask 'what spec are you?" and have some idea what they can do and where they can help best. I am not arguing that combat logs help, but having a good working knowledge of the game goes a long way. As we are approaching this from a l33t min/max point of view having this knowledge should be natural.

Also, if you think combat logs are that interesting and content is 'boring' without them.. it speaks volumes about the person also.

Sigh give them a chance :S

It'll probably be in the first beta build when we do eventually leave the alpha stages.

When does this game release again?

is somehow the mantra of swtor fans. I think it's because diehard swtor fans are here for the story while people like us are trying to get some good gameplay.
So enjoying Story is somehow not equal to good gameplay....
To beat the dead horse again, i love good gameplay and i am competitive. Yet i dislike meters.
Saying that people that use damage meters and combat logs are more pro is like saying that someone who copy pasted their doctor thesis is more intellectual then someone who actually thought it up himself.

Using combat logs only shows that you posess basic reading capabilities.
I wouldnt even argue so much against it if people would not constantly state that log=pro

I can't say the lack of damage meters has bothered me so far. But on the other hand maybe it's because there were lots of other things that bother me more.
Help me, Bio-Ware Support; you're my only hope.

Wrong, you didn't answer any of the questions.

A persons spec might not be the problem.

They just might not know what abilities to use and when. There is no way to figure that out without a combat log.

Also I'm not the OP and never said it was boring without them.
Just say NO to....

Raid bosses that enrage.

Can't kill it? Do more dps!

How can you tell if someone isn't holding their weight?

The solution isn't for all the people who want combat logs to leave this game en-mass. That would be detrimental to the longevity of this game. That's not what you want, even though you may think it is. (Less money from subscribers = less content updates)

I thought people had already downed all bosses without the meters on nightmare difficulty. Yet you require meters to do the same content becuase you are pro?

Meters are not needed.

Every guild in the game downed all the bosses on all difficulty settings?

Also I never said myself or my guild hasn't.
