Hi, last week I forgot one of my SQ answers, my account gets locked because of failed entries. That's fine I get it my fault. I call customer service the following day talk with a representative and resolved the matter (I was asked another 2 SQ questions which I got right) and I even asked her if my account would be unlocked by the start of EGA, she said yes. Well my account is still locked, help please.

You can unlock your account via the password recovery function.

If the SQ is still the problem, try creating a new account.
Then when you are asked to fill in the SQ, see if the auto complete function can reveal what you have entered earlier.
