Alderaan map orientation

Am I the only one that calls directions out as they are on the map and in the top right UI orientation? Yes, as you come out of the hanger (empire side) the one on your left is the right cannon and the one on the right is left. Had is argument with a couple of people in a BG today. They were very adamant that right cannon what right and left was left facing from the empire drop point, there's wasn't even any wiggle room on call them east and west.


So what why do other call it out? As far as these guys knew whatever why they were facing is north.

Not that I have done a lot of WZs, but the Alderaan ones I've been in always use the top-right UI orientation.

Meh, it's usually left/right from spawn in pugs, that's what they're used to. My premade uses east/west (map) when we go, but it tends to confuse any pugs in the op.
