Unfair pvp

Man this is a joke.... It's impossible to get gear on our server bcuz the pvp is one-sided. Now that pvp for 50's is locked to lvl 50's, the republic r dominating the pvp. I understand losing every now and then, and I don't mind that bcuz if u lose fare n square that's reasonable. But not when u can't win a single match bcuz Republic is entirely geared out n fresh 50's can't even win matches anymore? This is totally unfair. So what I am suggesting is making PvP cross-server to even the odds.
