This, they should have just made a kotor 3, if you look pass the voice acting what do you get? a really horrible copy/paste version of wow, that's really all there is, I had high hopes for this game, and I'm extremely dissapointed, I did expect something else, something better.

Wait for updates? this game needs years to turn into something better, time they don't have, mmo's are a hit or miss, noone in their right mind would pay up for a year, hoping that it'll be a decent mmo.

Honestly, WAR was better than this, it just didnt have voice acting.

Why am I still here? still hoping that they'll throw out a patch that'll turn this decent single player game / half asses mmo, into something better, but seeing how they need 6 hours on a saturday to fix random disconnects, doesnt really ensure me that they know what they're doing.

It's as if it came as a surprise to them, that people expect an mmo when they buy one.

We do agree on one thing, however, and that is that Bioware doesn't know who they want to please. And it shows. They should stick to the single player games, where they really shine.
I think they should just stick to their own vision and lt the chips fall. While there are major flaws with the game I am willing to wait and see. Having a lot of fun leveling up not so much end game but thats to be expected with new released MMOs.

For example LOTRO launched with no raids. Imagine if this game for 90 days literally had no end game period. No skills above level 30 even tho level cap is 50. No item restores so you delete a char, buy the wrong item or lose something to a bug too bad so sad. I think people do not understand how big of a deal it is with this item restore thing.

My guild has 37 members online right now

I played wow for 5 years and still do
Im enjoying this game a lot
The game is really well thought out ,
I love the companion system
The world environment
The pvp system

I don't know what people expect from a computer game
But for me it ticks all boxes

Meh most fun i've had in an MMO in a long long time. People like different things. I do think it's funny when people think their opinion is fact or the way it is though. The Dude had a good phrase for that........

That slovenly leech! You could totally...uh....totally...

...toddle him around, assuming you implied he's 2.5 years old, and maybe...teach him how to say "Mistuh, mistuh, I's hungry, can you gimme a dollah?"

I worked with a guy that taught his toddler to do that. His wife was not so understanding of it being humorous and I got yelled at for 'laughing at her idiot husband using their son for a cheap laugh'.

So maybe this is terrible advice and ....naaaaaaaaaaahhhhhhh. Teach that boy to shed some crocodile tears with it. He'll be a contributing member of the household in no time.

And lotro failed and became f2p.

If BW actually want to get rich from this game (like blizzard got rich from wow) they need to work and FIX it!

I am sure they want to do this! The only problem is that I think they don't know how to do it!

They actually don't know! Bad programmers maybe, bad logistics, bad organisation etc.

Lotro did not fail and go f2p. They were doing fine but thought maybe they could do better. What holds lotro back is the lore restrictions. You cannot have wizards for example. Who wants to play a medieval MMO that doesnt allow you to shoot fireballs at people? Also you cannot play the bad guy in lotro so there is another nail in the coffin. There are a lot of reasons people didnt like lotro.
