Who We Are
As the dawn of Star Wars: The Old Republic draws near, the Mandalorian Brotherhood watches with anticipation as the events and storyline unfold. Where the Mandalorians stand, what rolls they play, and how their game content affect our decisions. I am pleased to announce that we have reached a comfortable level of understanding and now we can officially announce the arrival of the Mandalorian Brotherhood to the SW:TOR community without fear of going off half cocked or blindly committed to unknown storylines.
The Mandalorian Brotherhood (Mando) is the largest, oldest, most active, and dominant Mandalorian gaming community to date despite others claims, with facts to prove it. We are originally from the Star Wars Galaxies massively multiplayer online game, spreading throughout multiple MMO platforms as well as multiplayer console games. We bring over five consecutive years of experience as a functioning Mandalorian gaming clan, with decades worth of MMO experience in our players. Our accomplishments in MMO gaming put us above the rest with server firsts in nearly every heroic instance SWG has to offer, as well as creating a fully functioning crafting team, and a prominent space fleet. As a guild we have a commanding presence on the player vs player battlefield, dominated player vs environment quests and dungeons, and brought healthy roleplay into light on a server that had none. We stood toe to toe with the best guilds the galaxy had to offer at the steps of the Theed palace, and won our war, waged against an entire server.
At the forefront of all things Mandalorian, we are active leaders, and even administrators, in multiple Mandalorian fan sites ranging from Bobafett.com, Mandalorianmercs.com, and Mandoboard.com as well as our own clan site, forums, and Mandowiki at Mandalorianbrotherhood.com. We seek knowledge daily, bringing information to our clan and outside fan sites as it becomes available.
Our Policy
Our policy has always been to not recruit, but accept those who consider themselves Mandalorians. We follow a slightly altered resol’nar, or six actions in mando'a, simply to make acceptance possible within game standards. Once SW:TOR goes live, willing Mandalorians will be welcomed into our already established ranks. As the game progresses, and players mature, restrictions may be placed on admittance to ensure quality and commitment. As our standards have always stood, we allow no Jedi guild members. I can say clearly now, up front, this will not change.
This announcement is not for recruiting, simply welcoming interested Mandalorians to visit our website, ask questions, and get to know the guild. Once the game goes live, servers are announced, and this new incarnation of the guild is created, we will start taking official members into our SW:TOR branch. Anyone interested in joining the SWG branch is welcome to contact us on our forums, or in game on the Starsider galaxy.
Frequently asked Questions
Who is your Mand'alor? While the guild has always been run by a player Mandalore, we feel it would be extremely silly to pretend the canon one provided did not exist. We will view him as Mand'alor unless given reason otherwise. Such as he turns out to be a puppet, and an overthrow is needed.
So if an NPC is Boss, who runs the show? The guild will be run by Dose Ordo (name for current contact, will change when game goes live) as it has sense founding. Dose and his current general will work as Mand'alors right hand.
What Faction will you play? As the videos indicate Mandalorian content will be held on the bounty hunter/Imperial side, we will mechanically be aligned Imperial. However it has been a long standing trademark of ours to not limit our self to mechanics, thus we will consider our self to be Mandalorian, and nothing else. This is why we're posting in undecided.
What classes can join? All classes short of Jedi, as excepted by mechanics or faction restrictions.
What Races can join Mandalorians do not care where you come from, only who you are. If your a Mandalorian you may join reguardless of race.
Guild Status
Members: 167 ingame members in an actual running guild along with 97 associates and prospective members on the site.
Ventrilo: Active Ventrilo used daily across multiple platforms.
How to get started
as said, we will not actively be recruiting members for SW:TOR until there's actually a SW:TOR to accept members into. The goal here is to get to know, and communicate, with those that will be interested. To get Associate rights to the website please click join at the top in the forum section and fill out some quick questions. Then go ahead to the SW:TOR section and introduce yourself in the introduction section.
If your interested in joining right away through SWG indicate so in the application and introduce yourself in the SWG section. Once in game let us know your from the swtor site and we can give you a go despite your level.

I look forward to an even more successful future as a dominant Mandalorian guild in a new Star Wars game.
