Why I'm not playing.

You raced to 50, twice, skipped the entire game, space barred through everything, and found the content was not ready yet? That there were not enough people at that level to create and environment?

You picked an MMORPG, are playing it like a first person shooter where you race to the top to get the biggest gun, and wonder why its not working? ;p

Yeah, saying you are not flaming when you are, infact, flaming by insulting a person does not equal a win. Or a pass for flagging.

However I will bite and answer you for the OP. He is posting this, and on Amazon, likely because he paid good hard-earned money for a product and recieved something that was less-than. What he recieved was a PRE-CURSOR to the product that was previewed to him. SWTOR is not a finished game, nor is it really fun in the long-term.

Opinions that he, I, you, and anyone else who decides to say so are not only allowed to state because we paid the same as you, who are on the forums exercising your own opinion, but perhaps we feel obligated to warn others from a possible purchase with our bought-and-paid personal experiences? Or maybe encourage others to think OUTSIDE the blind and loyal fanboy box to see the game for what it is and is not?

Suggesting someone is 'impaired' because they choose to write a post critiquing a game is not only obvious 'flaming', but downright insulting on a personal level. I feel bad for you.

Yeah, I got bored about 2nd paragraph in, once I realised that he was full of crap and making things up to make his negative review seem more legit.

I honestly suggest taking a break, reading a book, have a party. Do something else besides gaming in TOR.

You obviously have a lot of time to spend on two different characters. The rest of us don't have that time. Quite honestly I think this game appeals to the many of us who don't have a whole lot of time on our hands.

Maybe this game isn't for you.
There is plenty to do at end game for people like me.

Agree with the OP, while most of the problems involving UI and such could be addressed: I don't forsee that happening for many months and by that time GW2 maybe wooing the masses. We shall see.

Still like TOR, but I can already see that if drastic changes and improvements do not start happening soon...MMOers will be soon looking else where.

Also like to add another thing that I found lacking: no night/day and weather effects.

Ah well, maybe I am just sick of themepark mmos. Wtb sandbox MMO that is not Eve with an engine like say BF3. Heh. I will admit, however, that this has to be the best single player MMO I have ever played which makes it unique that way.

The gear from hard mode ops is a joke. You can get better in 2-3 hours of pvp, more reliably to boot.

So what then, for the fun of it? Its all flashpoints youve already done..just harder. The new flashpoints at 50 are overtly simple.

I think you may have missed the point.

The OP isn't trying to make the game better, he is just bitter and wants everyone to feel the same way.

Why are you trying to justify that for him?

EDIT: And to clarify for myself...MY issue with the game, and why -I- feel obligated to post such as this, is because I was promised and paid for a triple-A budget, high-quality, innovative and immersive MMORPG. Bioware did not deliver on ANY of these fronts...not for lack of time or resources, but I honestly feel they simply got lazy and were forced to rush it early. And they acquiesced. We, as players, were betrayed by a greedy company, and until they show a real drive and determination to not only FIX the game but LISTEN to their players I will continue ( at least for the next month of my sub ) to be vocal in my support of those who choose to express their opinions be they good or bad.
