Basically your playing the game the way it should be, with balanced groups and clearly defined roles for your group, and the pubbies wont bother to do the same. Since most of them are by nature selfish , more often then not, they are DPS players who whine about getting rolled, rather then build a team, or respec to heal a team so they can win.

I dont really have an issue with pre-made only ques, frankly i would prefer them as the level of play is far better generally, and makes the warzone match more enjoyable.

Basically what it boils down to is " i want to solo que, and have the game reward me, without bothering to put out any effort, or do the slightest bit of teamwork". Many times i solo que as well due to my RL schedule, i just dont ***** about it when i get rolled by people who put in the effort.
that's not completely true , joining as group (premade) is quite different from playing teamwork with pug

i feel is some kind of "sport Vs game"

you start from a different point, you maximize your effort to achieve a target (win)
i simply start a warzone to have fun, i like prizes and i'll get happily what my "league" has to offer, but i don't think that premade queues and solo queues should share the same prizes.
that would be wrong versus premades.

that is what i would like to be

different queues for group and solos but also different prizes

once you want to came and play some "easy" warzone, come and play against me, you'll be better and maybe better equipped, but we'll share the same "casuality" of play, maybe we'll finish 6-5 simply because there's no healer in your group and was more difficult to achieve the victory.

What if my premade is just 4 friends who are all dps sorcs? We can't run together because we don't fit the right composition?

Your idea of 'fair' is very narrow and lacking.
The same ruleset applies to everyone regardless of faction or level. You can que as a group with up to 4 players. Group composition and makeup as well as how people play the class are all part of the strategy of the match. Given that everyone has access to the same ruleset, thats the very definition of fair.

Your definition of fair, however seems to be, this isnt fair, because i lose, because i dont form a team of like minded players who want to succeed, and do what it takes within the same ruleset that applies to everyone, while i dont bother to.

So you can either put on your big girl panties and do whats needed to win, or continue to whine about how its unfair, which is what most solo players do, because they have no interest in putting any effort into what it takes to win, and usually blame others as they lose.

So nearly every game you play with a premade is boring?

Seems like a good way to spend your time PVPing.

This is why I choose to solo queue a lot even though I have plenty of people I could premade with. It's just not fun, I don't have to work for anything. I'm never challenged in a premade group.

I pvp because I like close games, I'll even sometimes leave a horrendously lopsided game in our favor (when I'm solo). It's never close playing with a premade.

I think PuG really stands for 'bad premade'. I have beaten teams with 7 other random guys and I don't think it's a freak accident that 4 of the enemies are from the same guild, so that'd make them a premade, but we won.

Believe it or not, there are a lot of weak premade groups out there. The only advantage they might have is that someone on their team may actually have a healing spell, but even that is somewhat overrated. I had a game where no one on my team has a healing spell but we still won against your typical many Sage + Commando Republics team. It's probably harder than it had to be but it wasn't impossible, and it's pretty rare to find a game where nobody is a Sorcerer/Operative/Mercenary.

If I want to fight a premade, I'll form up a premade (which I do regularly). But when I premade I don't want to fight pugs. Funny that huh? Someone who premades who actually WANTS a challenge as opposed to steamrolls. I respect people who premade a lot more if they can admit it's not fair for pugs to even have to face premades and WANT to face premades.
I'm sure most PM'ers want the fun and Bragging rights of the hard win ( some weaker souls just want the win at all costs).

Unfortunately ...

Bio wont do it.

They wont give us that option. I think their rationale is , yeah, organized versus unorganized groups are not fair but the queue is short , take the beating and move on,

As long as people get to play they will be happy.

The group player will have very long queue times if they separate the two . They are still the minority so that will only piss off that section of players to the point of quitting from the long waits to play.

The lesser of two evils is, let it upset the PvP in the WZ's and have shorter queue times.

It is better than cutting the population of players down into segments which only decreases play time for some.

Will the PvP dev's come up with a solution here?

These are the same guys that worked on Warhammer, you tell me.

There are no premades in TOR. We can only queue in groups of 4 and very rarely does another group of 4 guild members get into the same warzone.

If premade groups were possible, then these concerns would be more legitimate.

I remember in the good old days when people instead of whining about crap like this created their own premades. You would be surprised how well you can do with randoms from general chat + kicking people that don't follow orders.

Now people feel so entitled that if they actually need to talk to other players or form any kind of social group in a game type that is supposedly built around playing with other people and being social then its the end of the world and only solution is to make no one is allowed to do that.

I swear the game also tries to pair you up with the worst possible teammates if you actually queued with 4 people, since it figures you must be so awesome that you can carry any other 4 guys.
