I think my entire guild runs the game at -2.0 to -3.0 LOD BIAS to improve sharpness and shine. Hey yeah we are graphical enthusiasts that actually know how to operate a PC and play well AND like to socialise. Strange concept isn't it? LOL

This is one of the features that is a must for me if you want my long term subscription. Sorry but I want best for the money I pay and I know the best is hidden away from me for ridiculous reason.

I run @ about -1.5 -2( honestly I forget as I set it a while ago ) and don't use the ingame AA settings, I force it through the drivers themselves

And stating what you run doesn't mean SQUAT as there has been multiple threads with walk troughs on how to set those

What's your point

The point is this thread is about those that feel we get short changed by the release of this game. If you do not belong to this group I am very glad. Go your way and have fun and stop trying to tell all of us here why it is ridiculous to ask for what we ask for. We have reasons. And we do spend time looking closer at our characters when we are not killing ****.

Noone here gives a r.a.t.'s a.s.s about that YOU think it's fine. We think it's not.

P.S. I am glad you know how to use your gfx card too. btw. Awesome.

But no of course it does. It increases the distance up to which I will clearly notice a significant difference in sharpness levels and thus makes hires extremely enjoyable. Just go away mate. You are really not helping anyone here nor do you do yourself a favour. You cannot win this argument so give up trolling please. Look I am really polite about all this so far.

Yea I know, as I stated in my post there are few reason on why people would be so concentrated on staring at their toons that closely.

Its not about what other people think is fine... if you think its fine then good **** of the thread and use lower settings after they release the higher res textures. This doesn't pretain to casual gamers or people that cant tell the difference and aren't bothered by not having the best possible image in a game.

Its for those that of us that just stop and look at our chars or hang out with friends and have an eye for good graphics and an appreciation for them.

I dont know why people are even trying to argue this subject to be honest.

Game was advertised with high res textures, beta used them and we want them back its simple there is no need for an argument if you dont care fine no need to post your objections we dont care.

Sharpening the jaggies DOES not replace or make low res textures prettier. It smooths jaggies out. Big F N whoop when you look at muddy paint textures and low detailed gear.

Brag when you can force high res textures through all the time, not some glorified text based AA change.

GG
Without me, it's just aweso.
i7 950 @ 4.0ghz, ASUS X58 Saber mobo, 12gb RAM@1866mhz, 6970 LIGHTNING, 120GB SSD, 1TB HDD, BWU Keyboard, Razer Mamba, PC350s, XFX XXX 750w PSU.
This game desperately needs some sandbox elements. Repetitive grinding is not fun.
