Thats a lie also never more than 20 ppl on the fleet, and why didnt rift have all the problems?

Totally not a lie... clearly you did not play WOW at launch. Hell, right now WOW has more bugs than SWTOR... you just don't notice them because the game has more features. I don't know what bugs Rift had/has because I did not play it at launch, but I guarantee you will not find a bug-free MMO. They don't exist.

If there are never more than 20 ppl on the fleet where you play, I don't know what to tell you. There are never less than 150 on my server.

I don't think people quit a game because it had flaws. They're bored with the game and just plain not having fun. The flaw part is basically the last straw that tick them off.

Well, yeah, a launch is till a launch, even if they're seven years apart. Nobody, anywhere, has figured out how to do a bug-free launch of a large software package yet, and that includes any large software project, not just games. Go ahead and live in your little fantasy where that's not the case... but it is.

By the way, even the guy who makes those graphs has said, on these very forums, that they don't say what you're implying.

But thanks for trolling. Just please do better next time.

I /raged just reading your post.

Alright, I'll try and forget about it again.

On a side note, no WoW did not have triple the bugs. Don't confuse bugs with total server overload due to unexpected popularity! WoW was virtually bug-free.
Actually in the last years too many overhyped games did enter the market and died a quickly death. You are right here, but when it comes to swtor I dont think some months would change a lot.

The mmorpg genre is actually devided already, some prefer linear worlds with a themepark and some an open immersive world. This happens actually in these forums aswell, at the end a part of the players will leave the game and the part who like boxed mmorpgs will maybe stay.

No, it isn't.

WoW had far more bugs, some that were actually very game-breaking, and had far less content.

Hell, at release WoW didn't have battlegrounds, and only had two raids. Every bit of content had been cleared for MONTHS before the introduced a third raid, and the replay value for alts was a LOT worse than TOR's.

Edit: Rift was better than WoW, by far, as far as bugs go. But it's still about on par with TOR.
