Seeing lower texture counts on my armor than in Lotro is kind of depressing, but at least they know we're upset about it.

And for those that are complaining, they could have had much more graphics options... Very low, Low, Medium, High, Very High, Ultimate ... or something along those lines...

Ofc not everyone is going to have amazing PC's and those w/ crap PC's that people have used for running WoW is a little.. normal... but some people have high end PC's and enjoy getting their money out of it.
You shouldn't be using your computer for things it's not meant and/or capable of doing.

If you buy an APPLE product, then you know you can't do what the rest of the world is doing, yet people complain and whine about "Make this for Mac!" NO! Toss that garbage.

If BW and other companies would just stop catering to the poor and ignorant. We would have a really nice looking game.

Though I have my suspicions about BW being able to afford it, know how to create it etc.

Moral of the story. If your Min specs aren't listed on the box, don't buy the game then complain. Upgrade, then buy it.
Welcome to The Fatman: Where LFG actually works. & MMO means something again.

Well, from what I have seen so far I think the crysis engine might support more chars on screen at once than this one seems to....

For you guild Wars fans out there, you DO realize they didn't use 3d modeling for their toons back in the day. Everyone was whining about it back then, but the results were pretty good. Only thing I see that sucks graphically in TOR are shadows.

Graphics options can only do so much and not everyone is going to be playing with an ultimate gaming rig. Most people are actually playing with Best Buy Specials. You want to see bad graphics in a recent game, take a look at AOC. TOR is far from the worst and they are using stylized graphics anyway. So why do you need anti-aliasing and bloom effects in something which is meant to have an almost comic book feel?

Watch this and download Radeon Pro. It makes the floors and other surfaces shine much better, plus, as you can see in the video, it makes trees and other objects look much sharper from a distance! Works very nicely, although be forewarned that some of the reflections don't actually reflect the world (pre-rendered).

It won't be a Skyrim, but it's a nice improvement for those with ATI cards. I think there's a nVidia version out there, too. Not sure, though.

Buy the Star Wars Blu-ray box set and a wireless keyboard and then just pause the movie every time something important's about to happen, press button 1, 2 or 3 and then unpause. Keep AIM open on your laptop and check it occasionally to see if anyone's spoken to you.
