Is anyone else already bored?

I get really irritated with the people that say "you rushed to 50 so it is your fault there is nothing to do". That argument is extremely invalid, because it does not matter if you rush or not the point is that once you reach 50 the only things there are to do is PvP, do hard modes, or grind daily quests. It is not fun and hasn't been fun for 5 years now.

Just because someone is 50 in a month does not mean that they rushed. I made 50 in three weeks and I have a full time job.

You forgot about raids. And yes, raiding, running hard modes, and pvp is all amazingly fun stuff to do.

The expectation that SWTOR would somehow be different is where they went wrong. Themepark MMO clone, hello, wake up and smell the coffee. If this isn't what you wanted, why'd you buy it in the first place? They never once said they'd be different than the status quo.

Just my 2credits worth.

Out of all the complaints I heard almost everyone commented on the game being too much of a typical grindfest. None of us had anything good to say about the crafting, open world pvp, or end game content. I have heard the term "Themepark" used on many occasions. Its too bad SWG shut down because I would rather be playing that right now. Does anyone remember grinding Pikets on Dantooine? Maybe farming Krayt Dragons on Tatooine? I never minded grinding as long as it could be done with my friends and groups of random people you run into out in the open world. Especially when it was as profitable as finding something like a binary liquid or a krayt dragon scale or pearls. I think the grind in this is quite lonely and miserable. Most of us made it to 50 but then it was like now what? I think if crafting got an overhaul then maybe it could stimulate the ecomomy, world pvp and give us something to do end game besides warzones and 4 person ops.
I like how you say you can't be bothered to login anymore, but you're more than capable of being bothered to come here and tell us about it.

Tell us what you hope to achieve with this thread?
If things get any worse, I'll have to ask you to stop helping me.

I cant put myself in your shoes OP since I'm not 50 or even close. And to be honest, I'm glad I'm not there yet.

To answer to the title of thread No. I'm not bored, even after several rerolls. Myself and a few others are enjoying the game and taking our time playing it. The new screen flashing is a bit annoying but all is good.

Anyway, Hope things pick up for the bored soon..

Nope loving the game, just like the 100+ people in my guild that don't post on here.

BioWare is amazing, and I love them, but they clearly don't belong in the MMO genre. This game leaves so much to be desired-- the appalling auction house system, the clunky and outdated click-to-cast healing utility, the broken tab-target, lack of target-of-target, limited PvP options, severely unbalanced classes, the boring and slow paced flashpoints...

Yes, I'm severely bored. I didn't expect a thinly skinned WoW from BioWare, but I guess that's what happens when you put 95% of your focus into slick cinematics and expensive voice actors. Oh well.
