Is anyone else already bored?

I don't know about anyone else but roughly 20 guild members and myself can't even be bothered to log in any more. This is sad to me because I consider the Star Wars genre to be one of my favorites. Out of all the complaints I heard almost everyone commented on the game being too much of a typical grindfest. None of us had anything good to say about the crafting, open world pvp, or end game content. I have heard the term "Themepark" used on many occasions. Its too bad SWG shut down because I would rather be playing that right now. Does anyone remember grinding Pikets on Dantooine? Maybe farming Krayt Dragons on Tatooine? I never minded grinding as long as it could be done with my friends and groups of random people you run into out in the open world. Especially when it was as profitable as finding something like a binary liquid or a krayt dragon scale or pearls. I think the grind in this is quite lonely and miserable. Most of us made it to 50 but then it was like now what? I think if crafting got an overhaul then maybe it could stimulate the ecomomy, world pvp and give us something to do end game besides warzones and 4 person ops.

I guess it's the kind of mmo.
Since WoW every MMO has bars, has the same targeting system and does everything else in the same way. It just got old.

I wish there would be a MMO that feels like Battlefield 3 or Skyrim.
Or something like Dark Souls with combo attacks and body-zones instead of 1-2-3 combat.
Guess I am sick of npcs standing around just to get killed.

Maybe TERA will be any good, at least it has no targeting system. You hit what your sword touches, not where you placed your marker.

That's the problem. You all rushed to 50 within one month of a new game release and then complain there is nothing to do.

Why?
Why the rush?
I have two characters, one at 39 one at 20. I am enjoying the stories and quests (for the most part) with two totally different types of characters (Commando and Sentinel).

And I have not even tried an Imperial character yet. So I have a long way to go before I "use up" all the content and see all the planets and zones and story lines for the different classes.
You do not stop playing games because you get old,
you get old because you stop playing games.

Yes, and for the exact same reasons that I grew bored of WoW, funnily enough.

I'm confused.

First, you complained about SWTOR being a "grindfest", but then you went on to say how grinding in SWG was your favorite thing to do.

Does not compute.

Oh, and no, not bored at all.

You and "20 guild members" just uninstall the game, hold hands together before crossing the road and go back to whatever game you found so ingrossing(...not SWG) and stop posting here...
There are plenty of peeps playing who enjoy the game.

Nah, I'm not bored. This game is amazingly fun.

Maybe you need some Ritalin, OP.
